Just push and release Elmo to start the "Shapes and Colors" wheel spinning. When the wheels stops on different "Shapes and Colors, " Elmo identifies them and says something cute. On the dash, push the Elmo, Cookie Monster, or Big Bird buttons to hear them talk while lighting up their matching color rods. Bert acts as the gearshift and Ernie is the key and they both laugh when turned. The steering wheel features a working horn and there is plenty of storage under the flip-up seat.
